* C5, C4 & B4 envelopes are subject to Large Letter postage rates which vary with the weight to be posted. For this reason, we do not accept orders for these sizes pre-stamped other than by special arrangement. Please call us.

Postage Paid Envelopes:
A Postage Paid envelope is one used for bulk mail and it must have 'Postage Paid Australia' printed on the top RHS. Where bulk mail is required, and account must be set up with Australia Post and lodgements must be made at a nominated Post Office. Bulk mail attracts reduced mail costs for every lodgement of 300 or greater mailing pieces provided the address is compliant with Australia Post 'Clean Mail' requirements which can be scanned. Clean mail requirements are available from your local Post Office.

Self Addressed Envelopes:
A self-addressed envelope is one where the address of the business using it is printed in the normal address area on the front of the envelope. It is intended to be mailed back to the business by its customers and is used for surveys, or for returning documents from customers back to the business. These can be stamped or unstamped depending on whether the business or the customer is to pay the mailing cost.

Reply Paid Envelopes:
A reply-paid envelope is one where the address of the business using it is printed in the normal address area on the front of the envelope together with a barcode created by Australia Post. It is intended to be mailed back to the business by its customers, at no cost to them, and is used for surveys, returning documents, returning ballot forms, collecting membership fees etc.
When reply paid envelopes are returned through the mailing system, they are counted by your local Post Office and the mail charge is billed to you monthly. Only returned mail is charged.
You would need to arrange a Reply Paid Service with your local Post Office or phone 13 11 18 for the Reply Paid Coordinator. That will prompt Australia Post to set up an account for your business and prepare the address and barcode for printing on your reply paid envelopes. We can print the reply paid barcode and address together with your existing logo on envelopes for you.
